Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 kilo finely ground meat
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of hot paprika / optional
- A pinch of chicken bouillon seasoning
- Butter
- Onion wedges
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the meat with the salt, paprika, and seasoning, then shape into balls and press each one to form a flat patty
- Fry them in a nonstick pan over medium heat on both sides until they change color, then add some butter. Once it melts, add the onion wedges and stir them a little until they cook, while turning the hamburger on both sides until done
- When serving, place the meat and onion inside burger buns with cheddar cheese and pickled hot peppers (optional), and serve coleslaw and French fries on the side
