Chicken Wings with Coriander and Garlic
Chicken wings are always a crowd favorite and can be made in more than one way, but the best flavor of all is when they’re paired with coriander and garlic. Try this easy recipe and enjoy the tastiest oven-grilled wings.
Ingredients

- Chicken wings
- Salt
- Seven-spice blend
- Ground cinnamon
- Sweet paprika
- Hot paprika (to taste)
- Grated nutmeg
- Ground ginger
- Garlic powder
- 1 coffee cup oil
- 1 coffee cup 7-Up
- Finely chopped fresh coriander
- Crushed or pounded garlic
- Lemon juice
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the salt, spices, oil, and 7-Up, and marinate the wings in the mixture for at least 3 hours.Timers: 180 min
- After the time has passed, preheat the oven, arrange the wings in a baking tray, and roast them in the oven until cooked through, turning them every 5 minutes from one side to the other.Timers: 5 min
- Finally, turn off the oven, remove the tray, and sprinkle the wings with the garlic, coriander, and lemon mixture. Return the tray to the hot oven for just 5 minutes, until the garlic aroma appears (the oven should be off).
- Serve the chicken wings with coriander and garlic hot, and they can be accompanied by fries and salad or tabbouleh, if desired.
